Bella's winter veil performance

Bella walks out onto the stage wearing a thigh length green velvet dress with a black velvet belt around her waist and white faux fur fabric at the very bottom of the skirt as well circling her wrists at the end of her sleeves.  On her feet she is wearing a pair of black boots with the same buckle that can be found on her waist with platform heels and fur on the top of them as is on the dress and as always a faint sparkle can be seen on any exposed skin.

Slung across Bella’s chest is her hand crafted guitar which is green just for this performance. The stars still adorn the body of the instrument, though.  The strap she is using today is a red color with different holiday themed items sewn into it like greatfather winter, candy canes and gingerbread men.

Bella takes a seat on the stool placed in the middle of the stage and flips her long red hair onto her back before flashing a bright smile out to the members of the audience.  Placing her guitar on her knee she positions her fingers on the strings up on the neck of the guitar and drapes the other over the frame and strums one single chord on the guitar and singing into a headset microphone that is nearly pressed up against her ruby red lips,  “I don’t want a lot for Winter’s Veil.” Repositioning her fingers on the neck she plays another long chord, she continues to sing slowly,  “There is just one thing I need.”

Bella continues to strum one chord at a time, this turn around strumming upwards across the strings, shaking her head as she sings, “I don’t care about the presents, underneath the Veil tree.”  Strumming downwards again, Bella looks longingly out to the audience, she pleads, “I just want you for my own, more than you could ever know.  Make my wish come true.  All I want for Winter’s Veil is you.” Pointing out to the audience , she pans across the crowd to point to everyone.

Suddenly after her finger motions to the last person, Bella leaps up off of her stool and balances on one foot as she kicks back to send the stool flying back a ways off the stage.  Picking up the tempo of the music, she strums on her guitar and sways her hips from side to side, her skirt doing a swooshing motion, “I don’t want a lot for Winter’s Veil. There is just one thing I need. I don’t care about the presents under the Veil tree.”  Shaking her head as she sings, her hips continue to sway from side to side,  “I don’t need to hang my stocking, there upon the fireplace. Greatfather Winter won’t make me happy with a toy on Winter’s Veil day.”

Turning to face the left side of the audience, she winks to Jiro and begins to walk towards her while singing, “I just want you for my own, more than you could ever know. “  Locking eyes with the Kaldorei she grins as she dances on over to her, spinning around a couple of times before leaning down to kiss her cheek,  “Make my wish come true, baby all I want for Christmas is you.”  Winking at Jiro she straightens back up and saunters back up to the front of the stage.

Bella dances in place as her feet move in the motion of a square and strumming the music along quickly and her hips sway side to side again, “Ooooh ooh, You, Baby. Oh I won’t ask for much this Winter’s Veil, I won’t even wish for snow.” As the word snow is mentioned, a soft flurry of magically warm snow starts to fall down onto the audience, “I’m just gonna keep on waiting underneath the mistletoe” Lifts her head and motions to the mistletoe hanging up above her head, “I won’t make a list and send it to Northrend for Greatfather Winter. I won’t even stay awake to hear those magic reindeers click.”

Bella locks eyes with Orli out in the audience and winks, slowly making her way out to him, spinning around to avoid stepping on any of the audience members and making her skirt flare out, then as she reaches him she continues to strum on her guitar and dances around him “I just want you here tonight. Holding on to me so tight.  What more can I do?  Baby all I want for Winter’s Veil is you.” Winking this time to Orli she leans in to kiss him on the cheek and heading back up  to the front, spinning around to make her skirt flare up again before standing back  at the front of the stage.

“Ooooh ooh ooh.Yoooou baby.”

Bella looks around the room to see all of the Holiday lights hanging around the hall and smiles as she sings, “All the lights are shining so brightly everywhere. And the sound of children’s laughter fills the air. And everyone is singing, I hear those sleigh bells ringing. Greatfather won’t you bring me the one I really need.  Won’t you please bring my baby to me!”

Bella’s eyes quickly scan over the audience and lock squarely onto Saras standing in back, flashing him a coy smile she dances her way out to him, singing as she dances in and out of the groups of people, “Ooh I don’t want a lot for Winter’s Veil, this is all I’m asking for. I just want to see my baby, standing right outside my door”  Smiling sweetly up at her baby she stands directly in front of him and dances as close as she can to him, allowing her to make room for her guitar, “Oh I just want you for my own, more than you could ever know. Make my wish come true! Baby all I want for Winter’s Veil is You! You!”  Leaning in as she plays her guitar she gives him a kiss softly before heading back up front to finish out the song.
