Colette’s Grimoire Page 223:

{The following is a tattered page inside a tightly bound grimoire made of some demons flesh}

The greater imps are far more powerful than their lesser cousins, possessing more muscle mass and quicker minds. Some even can handle extensive use of fel magic.

If one wishes to deal with one they will it quite easier than they’d expect, all Imps regardless of physical and mental strength desire “trinkets” be they gold or silver or simple brass. (The author would like to assure the reader that unlike the wyrmtongue, imps usually desire trinkets with -importance- to the warlock, instead of just simple treasures.)

Due to the fact that imps are a considered “cannon fodder” or “minions” of more powerful demons they can be easily underestimated as easy to control. A clever warlock will resist such conclusions especially with the “Greater” or “Fel” Imps.

Such imps are patient and vengeful and often obsess over slights or insults warlocks pay them and will often be seen listening in on their masters conversations gathering information for a future betrayal.

Do not misunderstand, this text is not suggesting you should try and befriend such a creature (as demons view such attempts as weakness) but do not overwork your imp, or you will soon find yourself missing small items of worth and seeing it take great interest in the secrets you harbor.

In conclusion the best course of action if you see your Fel Imp or any imp in your service for that matter taking interest in your conversations is to unbind it from your service and with the aid of colleagues; send it screaming back to the twisting nether.
