With the permission of King Wrynn's emissary myself and the sentient Infernal who I called 'my child' flew away from the walls surrounding Stormwind City by griffons. Actually my child was too big to fit in the saddle so instead it followed me as a fel meteor. We arrived in Ashenvale Forest where my little project had taken place.
We were in an Orc encampment. They eyed me and the huge demon beside me with... suspicion? Why? I'm only here to help!
They told us that they had seen some flattened and broken vegetation on the way out of their lumber camp. We followed the rather obvious trail until we reached the second of my children.
"Please... come with me back to Stormwind? The Horde won't take y-you apart... if you--" I started in a quiet shaky voice.
"Look at these trees all cut down, Mother. Some of the stones and shards in my body are telling me that even blood elves used to take magic from their enemies until they died too." Its intensity was frightening.
My eyes were wide and my breathing quick and shallow. I felt my heart flutter. My vision swam a little and my child noticed immediately. The gray stone golem (my friend yay) used its arm to pile right into the darker gray golem to knock it down.
"N-No, wait! Maybe attacking right now isn't the best idea." She thought for a moment and tilted her head to one side.
"Then again it was making vaguely cutting threats at me. I'm sorry the trees are suffering my child. Maybe the Orcs shall put them to a good purpose like houses or wood for fires to warm themselves?" My voice probably sounded a little bored. Nonetheless I smiled at the darker gray golem as it got up, rubbed where it had been hit and then grunted an affirmative. I saw it whispering something to my friend and I got kinda worried?
We would have to chat extensively how this was going to work though: Like were they okay being considered as constructs? Would they be okay with maybe sub optimal living conditions? Did they require food and sleep? I had only been a warlock for a little while by that time and wanna defer to the experts.
